Pablo Ruiz y Picasso

 

Known as Pablo Picasso (25 October 1881 – 8 April 1973) As one of the greatest and most influential artists of the 20th century, His work is widely know around the world.

Picasso's work on first glance can seem disorganised and almost confusing, but on closer and more in depth study it can begin to make since. For Example, The first image below shows what would appear as a sad woman, but this is not all it is, when I look at it, I notice the white patch in the centre, to me this looks like a scrunched up piece of paper the woman is using to hide her face. By looking at the eyes and thinking what could be behind the paper, I think she is happy, but does not want to show it. Perhaps someone who was holding her back had died.
